Family Game Time

Game Time

We are a family that is really very much into board.\I meant Board Games!
We have a whole closet filled with games!

My Husband played board games with his family;
But I only played Monopoly for days.
I think it is very fun and has been a part of our family fun night!

Is playing games going into extinction?

Just think how much money all these board games will be worth??

"Will be rich I say!"

Thanks for stopping by!
Ashley

Hello There!

First off, I just want to say I LOVE your new background!!! It is so pretty and very bright and colorful, just like you Ashley! LOVE IT!

Now, for the games... well lets just say, I'm getting better at playing them. I try real hard to have a game night once a week. We do play a lot of educational games and that is counted as part of the boys school. Clayton's favorite is Banana Grams, which helps with his spelling. He does love Stratego, but it's a bit confusing for me. Yes, I do believe actual board games are becoming extinct, especially now with digital everything out there!

How's everything going? Are you and your mom having fun? Oh tell David Auntie Amy says "Yepper Deppers!"

Love ya,
Amy

Hi Ashley,
I love your new blog background. Very nice. We don't play board games like we used to...except when everyone is here for a visit. But, we do play backgammon everyday. Yes, every day. Steve and I play at lunch together everyday (almost). Often Steve plays backgammon with Eddie, but I draw the line there. I limit it you see hehe. But we have played backgammon together since we were first married. One of our little things. Anyway, it is fun to play games together isn't it?
Love ya
Pam

Our family LOVES playing games. In fact, I just posted recently about our newest game! We love Apples to Apples and Mad Gab and Bible Taboo, to name just a few. We have no video games in our home or play any computer game. The bible says to make no provision for the flesh, so if we don't have computer or video games, we have no choice but to play board games, which brings the family together, instead of apart.
